Our rooms
Le Castel de Très Girard, a charming little hotel in Burgundy, has eight rooms with modern decor. Its stone walls and exposed beams combine authenticity with modern comfort.
A place steeped in history between Dijon and Beaune
At Castel de Très Girard, you’ll experience the authenticity of a place steeped in its terroir.
Now a residence of character, the hotel was once a wine press dating from the 17th century, a building where grapes were stored and pressed to extract the juice and produce wine.
A wine and food bar
To relax after a day exploring Burgundy, have a drink before dinner or simply enjoy the crackle of the flames with your family, the Castel de Très Girard has a cosy lounge and a bar where you can enjoy wine, cocktails and tapas.
Our bar is open from 10am to midnight and offers a wide choice of drinks: numerous aperitifs, champagnes, cocktails, beers as well as soft drinks and other beverages. As a wine bar, we offer a selection of nearly 1,500 wines, including the Five Grands Crus of Morey-Saint-Denis. To accompany your aperitif, choose from our menu of snacks, including the unmissable jambon persillé, pâté en croute and much more!
