Every week, a hot dish is served on the plate, with recipes featuring a piece of meat or fish, often grilled over a brazier for a moment of sharing and conviviality. Our chef also offers a minute show cooking, where smoked salmon, tasty meats and other exceptional dishes are prepared before your very eyes, with all the expertise and precision of a gourmet restaurant.
